Broadway Gifts Electric Guitar Ornament - Black

I ordered an ornament for my son, two weeks later it still hadn't arrived. This is in no way Heid's fault, they had shipped it promptly after my order, the USPS just wasn't getting it moved out of Wisconsin. I contacted them to find out if they had any updates and they quickly shipped a new one, free of charge, with a different shipping service, and I received it within two days. Such amazing customer service. My son plays multiple instruments, from now on I will be going through Heid for all his instruments' needs.
